Malolan Techno Services, began as a study to determine relationship extent between Food Presentation and customer patronage in form of customer retention and commitment.

We understood food presentation is essential culinary attribute that enhances customer dining satisfaction. In fact, when the food is well presented, it makes the customer develops good feeling towards the food and Induces the mood to consume the food that can give them an unforgettable dining experience.

 

Consequently, this will help to create a good relationship and emotional attachment between customers and the brand. It is part of submitting a tangible cue and by successfully presenting a good-looking and well-decorated food can stimulate the customer perception of quality and make them to visit again or often.

In a highly competitive industry, delighting the customer should be the primary focus of restaurants that wish to sustain patronage. Customer patronage is the approval or support provided by customers with respect to a particular brand. Patronage delivers the foundation for establishing and developing market share.

In Digital era, Diners recognize the importance of eye appeal, to the extent of photographing their meals at restaurants around the world.

Our innovative traditional approach using Sustainable materials provided the co-construction between ancestor’s tradition and modernist cuisine without altering the taste. The successful outcome demonstrated the benefits of collaboration between aharya and chefs as a specialized team.

Our innovative method benefited from the involvement of Culinary Experts, F&B, Brand Owners, Purchase Managers, Gourmet Consultants, Food Bloggers, Panel Experts, Executive Management and other professionals made to evaluate our products and our approaches.

Over the past years, we have applied all our passion and inspiration to our products and brand, making products of aharya a beautiful extension of our lifestyle and values- which is exactly what we want it to be.

Each product we do has a story, a rich history, and represents an international approach to cuisine.

Recently we've been curating a small selection of complementary / giftable handmade and vintage items, that pair well with our traditions.
